Both parties concluded that a spin‑off listing of the nanophase‑change project would support Mayer Technology’s strategic development, enhance resource supplementation, and meet shareholders’ expectations. Consequently, they signed a financial‑advisory service agreement on 28 October 2025, which provides guidance on listing regulations and initiates professional training for the company’s management.
