Qingyang is the core area of the Shaanxi-Gansu Border Revolutionary Base Area and one of the eight national computing power hub nodes under the national "East Data, West Computing" initiative. Its intelligent computing capacity reaches 215,000 P. The East Data, West Computing Industrial Park has been included in the national list of zero-carbon industrial park construction projects, boasting unique and favorable foundational conditions for developing comprehensive waste heat utilization projects from computing power. During the event, the corporate delegation conducted field investigations at local China Mobile and China Telecom data centers to gain an in-depth understanding of park construction, heating supporting facilities and the development status of facility agriculture.

Mayer’s full-temperature-range phase-change energy storage technology has overcome multiple key technical challenges. The technology of coupling computing power waste heat with facility agriculture has been selected for the 2026 "Spark Technology" incubation list issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Benchmark projects for computing power waste heat recovery have been built in Huailai, Hebei and Karamay, Xinjiang, with a mature and replicable technical model. Going forward, the new model of "resource utilization of computing power waste heat + zero-carbon industrial integration" to be implemented in Qingyang will enable waste heat from data center computer rooms to be connected to urban centralized heating pipelines, turning the "by-product heat" generated by computing power into heat sources for residential heating. Meanwhile, phase-change energy storage solar greenhouses and zero-cost building cooling and heating systems will be deployed to improve the quality and efficiency of local facility agriculture and build an internal regional energy circulation system.
Huiyuan Cowins Technology Group and its subsidiary Guangzhou Mayer Corp., Ltd. are national high-tech enterprises, national-level specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises and Guangdong Provincial Green Factories, holding a number of core patents and authoritative certifications. The delegation stated that they will leverage Qingyang’s advantages in policies, computing power and agricultural resources, inherit and carry forward the Nanliang Spirit, deepen communication with local authorities, jointly refine the demonstration project plan, and work together to build a national benchmark integrating comprehensive utilization of computing power waste heat and zero-carbon agriculture. They will facilitate the revitalization of the old revolutionary base area and the effective implementation of the Dual Carbon Strategy through technological innovation.
